Practice List Merger
On Tuesday 14th November 2017, Cottingham Medical Centre will be closed from 12pm for the full afternoon so we can go ahead with our practice list merger as part of The Greengates Medical Group.  If possible, can all non-urgent appointment requests be avoided for that week, and order any prescriptions early to avoid delays.  Thank you

New Patient Registration

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
